Avoid Late Fees

All payments should be sent to Raccoon Water Company, 2640 State Route 161, Centralia, IL 62801.

Payments that are received after 3:30 p.m. on the 15th of the month are considered late and will receive a 10% late fee charge.

Autmoatic withdrawal payments are available. A form for the ACH is in the FORMS sections.

Utility Billing Software Change

December 30, 2024

Raccoon Water is in the process of changing our utility biliing software program. As of December 31, 2024, we will not have access to the current software program, and all January bills will be estimated if the new software is not completed at the time of billing. Unfortunately, if this occurs, any payments made in January will not show that your bill is paid until the new program is completed.
