CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE MILD CHLORINE TASTE/SMELL NOV 10TH THROUGH DEC.

Starting November 10th, some Raccoon Water customers may experience a mild chlorine taste/smell in the water due to a yearly disinfection process for drinking water at one of our water sources (Gateway Regional Water). The water is still safe for consumption and normal usage. Gateway Regional Water expects to return to the normal process on/around December 19th. Please keep in mind that it takes time to pass through all the water systems before the taste/smell is gone.
